Multiple root folders are missing

My shows are stored on a NAS device.
Mapped to my sonarr PC as drive T:
This is done by running a net use command ran from Windows Task Scheduler as SYSTEM.

Sonarr is stating the root folders are missing, but as you will see from the image below, outlined in red Sonarr does see drive T: .

Since both Sonarr is running as a service (ran by SYSTEM) and my script is as well, I don’t know why it is complaining.

Note: Over the course of the last two days Sonarr has also said that it could see it, but now the problem persists. I’m running Windows 8.1, future I just reinstalled my system after a fatal HDD failure.

I'm running: Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.2836

Mapped network drives just aren’t worth using with Services, Windows doesn’t handle them properly since they are mapped when logged in, not via a service starting.

Unfortunately the issue really isn’t worth supporting since its not properly supported by the OS, restarting Sonarr might fix it for now, but in the long run its a roll of the dice in my experience.

Gotcha, it is just a shame because prior to this running Windows 7 and even my previous Windows 8.1 install it worked without fail.

I still need to use the NAS, any recommendations? Should I just run Sonarr at startup and not a service and then mount my NAS mapped drive locally as my user account?

Either that or UNC paths + Windows Service. Either one should be reliable (at least more reliable over Service + Mapped Network Drive).

It used to work for me as well and would occasionally after a reboot, but I gave up after a few back and forth battles.

I went back and remapped it. Also I added my domain to the username and that seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks again
