"Multiple root folders are missing:" with windows services

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4949
OS: Window 10
Description of issue: Hi, I’m running Sonarr as a service before login, and I’m getting the error “Multiple root folders are missing:” All the paths that are missing are local drives.

Are they network drives?
