Moved over from SickRage, how can I import all of my stuff?

So I built a different machine and installed sonarr / transmission and started downloading new shows.

just today I finished migrating the files from my old folder on machine 1 to the same directory on the New machine (machine 2) and when I go to series -> add series -> import from disk it says Path is already configured as a root folder

so my question is, how do I import them? and how can I get sonarr to run the “organization” on the folders? they are still wildly named and I prefer the way sonarr names them

If you’ve properly selected the root folder you just need to select it from the import dialog (below the input) and then add the series after Sonarr processes the folders/searches for them.

Sonarr won’t rename the series folders, but can rename the files in each series folder after you’ve added them.
