Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue: So I have an external drive set up as a share. I have to set up SAB to download to the network share because I don’t have a large internal hard drive. After show’s download they download to the share but then they aren’t automatically moved to the destination that I have set up in NZBDrone. If I leave the SAB folder to download to the PC hard drive NZBDrone moves the episodes as requested. But if I change the download destination in SAB then that seems to break the NZBDrone feature. What am I missing exactly?
Check your log files… sounds like Sonarr can’t access the files on the NAS.
Ok I see what you’re saying, how can I change that path? Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: how can I change how it imports?
If I leave the download folder defaulted to SAB’s complete\incomplete folder on my C:\ it imports the episodes to the network share without any problems. Why can’t it import from one network share to another network share?
Permissions, not setup properly for how Sonarr is running, lots of reasons. For some reason Sonarr doesn’t have access, read the ((FAQ)) entry about mapped network drives and shares.
Without seeing logs we can’t really suggest solutions though.
