Move Error: Couldn't import episode Win32 IO returned 50. Path:

Hello,

I am having trouble with Sonarr on a new NAS I am installing at home. When Sonarr tries to move the file, it seems to fail half way through with the error "Couldn’t import episode [FULL EPISODE PATH]: Win32 IO returned 50. Path: ".

I can see a partial file at the destination and the file size will differ each time indicating that it doesn’t fail at the same point.

The final destination is a remote NFS share on another server, passed through to the container with the RW/Slave option in UnRaid/Docker.

I have the exact same setup for Radarr and that seems to work correctly, similar docker, same remote destination etc. This is making me think it’s a config issue or a bug with Sonarr.

I did see another post that said they fixed it by moving to the v3 beta, but that didn’t work for me.

Any help and suggestions would be really helpful, I’m not sure where to start!

Thanks,
Chris

I have put this down to external factors.

After changing from NFS to SMB shares, this no longer happens. This isn’t to say that is what fixed it, there was a few reboots also.

It could also have been network problems.
