Sonarr version: 3.0.9.1549
OS: Win 10
I am using Sonarr together with Sabnzbd and after an episode is downloaded successfully sometimes (not always but often) the monitor flag for that episode is not cleared resulting in eventual warnings from SAB that there is a duplicate download for that episode and I have to manually clear it.
Any help appreciated.

Monitor status should not change after download. The only time monitor status should potentially change is if you have Unmonitor Deleted Episodes enabled.
Something else is going on with your setup. If you are getting additional downloads occurring it could be due to your Quality or Release Profile settings. Also, if it an upgraded download is triggered then Sonarr should be automatically replacing your existing download, so you shouldn’t end up with a duplicate download warning.
An example, logs and possibly screenshots will be needed to start troubleshooting.
