Missing root folder. Thunderbolt 3. QNAP NAS

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5322
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Missing root folder.

After connecting my system running Sonarr directly via a Thunderbolt 3 cable to my Thunderbolt 3 capable QNAP I cannot browse to the folder on my NAS in Sonarr anymore.

When this was a Network Folder via my 1Gbps home network it worked just fine.

It seems like the Sonarr File Browser cannot see the TB3 QNAP NAS Shares/path. All other applications browsing paths via the Windows 10 file explorer works just fine & can see the NAS Shares and paths.

Any assistance here will be greatly appreciated.
