Missing root folder error

Sonarr version 2.0.0.4949
Windows 10
Debug logs: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0By5sQkZRpBNPVkhFc0NBalZWcnM

Sonarr has stopped importing completed downloads due to a missing root folder error. I’ve been using the same configuration for years and nothing has changed recently. The missing root folder is there and can be browsed to using Windows File Explorer using the same UNC path that fails in Sonarr. It is a shared folder on my NAS which has full control (inc read/write) access for everyone without requiring a login.

An example error message from the log:

Couldn’t import episode C:\Users\MediaCentre\Downloads\complete\TV\The.Night.Shift.S04E08.HDTV.x264-KILLERS\The.Night.Shift.S04E08.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv: Root folder ‘\NASDF653D\Media Center\TV Series’ was not found.

Do you have the same issue if you run Sonarr another way?

It works fine when running as an application. There has been a Windows update this week, it must have changed the permissions of the service account somehow. There was also a NAS firmware update, but the permissions haven’t changed on the share. I’m guessing it’s something specific relating to Windows 10 and my QNAP HS-210 NAS or the forum would be full of people with the same problem.

Thanks very much for your help.
