Missing from disk > marked as a copy

Description of issue: . Hi,

Pretty new to Sonarr, so this may have been answered elsewhere, I’ve tried searching but I think a combination of not explaining my issue correctly/no knowing the problem hasn’t led me to the answer.

So I’m missing one episode from a series, call it series A E10, Sonarr says it’s missing from disk, when I run a search it completes. Within NZBgets it looks like the download has been send in the past as it states in history > deleted: series A E10 is a copy. In history >: Warning: Skipping series A E10 as duplicate. Found in history with same conent

So I guess my question is how to get series A E10 to download and not be missing from disk? I’ve tried deleting history and read the quick help and it says “If you remove history from record permanently the duplicate check may not be able to detect duplicated and the same file may or duplication may be queued later”. How/what is the best practice to do this?

Apologies if this has already been answered.

Thanks.
