If I edit a series then save and return to the series listing page, when I click on the name of that series, nothing happens. I have to hit refresh on my browser and then the link takes me to the episode listing page.

Which view are you using? Also are you editing the series from the detail page of from list?
I am using table view. I am editing from the main table view when I click on the “cog icon”. I guess that would be the details page.
Series details is the page with a single series and its episodes.
That said, I just tried to reproduce this in FF, Chrome and IE10 and I was unable to, which browser are you using?
FF 22.0 - That’s odd
I figured out how to reproduce it. I went into the edit screen and changed my path from Y:\TV\Love Matters to X:\TV4\Love Matters then went back to the series page. I then clicked on the series name and see the pic I provided.
