Migrating from Windows to Linux

Sonarr version (exact version): latest
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): N/A
OS: Windows + Linux
Debug logs: N/A
Description of issue:

This is not so much of an issue, and more of a question. I have been using Sonarr on Windows for many years… I no longer use Windows for anything at home, and this machine is the last one to go. Is it possible to create a backup of my Sonarr, install everything onto Linux, and then write a script to update some file paths in the backup to point to the Linux file paths, and then restore the backup on Linux?

I have no problem with updating paths, my biggest concern is if there’s other aspects I should be aware of beyond file paths?

I hope your sql knowledge to edit nzbdrone.db is up to scratch :wink:

If it’s purely updating paths on sqlite, then there’s no problem at all. My main concern was if there was a difference other than paths between Linux and Windows that I was perhaps overlooking :slight_smile:
