How would I copy my old config back ups to the new docker container?
(i’m a total noob so any help is appreciated!)
You don’t really copy it TO docker. When you create your Sonarr container you must supply a bunch of parameters. One of them is a path mapping to where your config files reside on your host machine (outside of docker). You also give it a path to where downloads will be stored and the root of your TV media, etc.
Google “docker sonarr” to find the image you plan on installing and it should have the instructions for mappings.
