Metadata missing for SYTTDA and a David Tutera show

Trying to add a series in Sonarr and it’s coming up blank. The show is: David Tutera’s CELEBration. Can this be added?

Secondly, an odd issue with Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta. While Sonarr DOES have the series, it’s metadata isn’t keeping up. According to Sonarr, season 6 was the last season but it recently started up again and no metadata:

On a side note, in cases like this where Sonarr is out of sync or missing metadata, could we have a utility that can pull metadata from other sources (like from TVRage) and process the video files and toss them into the appropriate directory? (From my days of messing with the WDTV box…I could have sworn there was already a utility out there that would do just this…look at a directory and pull down .NFO, fan art, etc. for media files from various sources… just don’t remember the name. :frowning:

Sonarr uses TheTVDB, anything missing would need to be updated there.

Sonarr can create metadata files, but will only do so using TheTVDB as the source info.

David Tutera’s Celebration is listed on TheTVDB…why doesn’t Sonarr find it when I try to add it as a series?

I will make a post on their forum about the SYTTDA issue.

Thanks

Does for me…

Are you on 2.0.0.2663 or an older version?

Well hell, my fault. I was under the impression that Sonarr will find a series if you just type a little bit of the name. Example, if I search for “Real Housewives”, it returns shows with that in the title. For David, I was typing “David Tu” and it never found it. After typing more of the name, it popped up. Sorry about that! Why the different behavior?

Depends on what TheTVDB returns. Partial words aren’t going to work as well as complete ones usually.

You also can add by the TVDB ID if its really finicky.
