Metadata- Ep thumbnails stored locally and what is in nfo

HiI have it saving the episode thumbnails locally but the nfo thumbnail property gets set to a tvdb link. The link appears valid but Kodi wont load any art work. Ideas?

Kodi won’t load data on its own if there are metadata files next to the video file, but if its not loading them it sounds like a Kodi issue (Sonarr is creating them properly).
