Description of issue:
I have recently started using Sonarr, and am finally in the process of fully converting over to cutting the wire from “regular” TV.
Sonarr is downloading and copying files from my torrent client just fine, and just how I want, and Plex is picking them up too.
I have started to organize and consolidate all my TV shows into a single root location, and either Sonarr or I am struggling with this part of the process.
I found that I have several copies of the same TV shows, and as I am consolidating them I was hoping Sonarr could help fix this problem.
Plex has an indicator when there are multiple copies, and seems to be mostly correct, but is awkward/clunky to remove the duplicates (and I can only do this from my PC).
I have been messing with Sonarr a few days, and can’t get it to fully help clean up the disk folders.
Sonarr does the initial process fine: it will create the season folders and move files in, but it leaves a bunch behind. Now that I’ve been manually assisting Sonarr this morning it looks like it is mostly duplicate episodes, and when checking the Sonarr logs (snip-it above), I’m even more convinced of this.
My question comes down to:
How can I make Sonarr either delete the duplicates, instead of just logging an error as above, or indicate somewhere (like in the Series view) that it has found duplicates, and I can trigger a delete from there?
Thanks for any help/info,
