I am in the middle of transitioning away from Sickbeard. I currently have a QNAP which is mapped on my windows machine as a drive letter. (same machine that Sonar, SABNZB and KODI would reside)
I cannot figure out how to have Sonarr pick up my existing library of shows that is not local to this machine and is over the network.
are the files located on the same qnap as sonarr will be running from?
if it is then just import whats there via series > add series > import existing series on disk > type in the path to the files
if its not then youll need to create a mount for it on the qnap first, so it can (google search as i dont have a qnap), then import as above
also, if its not on the same qnap and you intend to keep saving them to that location then youll also most likely need to add a remote path mapping for it so sonarr knows what path the download client means
