Mapped Drives not coming back after host goes off and on

I’m having this problem.
My shows are stored on a Networked Mapped Drive on another computer. When I turn it off, Sonarr will wait for it to come back on to move the files there.
But after a Windows 8.1 re-install, it’s no longer doing this. When the other computer comes on line, sonarr doesn’t see the network drive.
When I go to Windows explorer, the drive is off line. But when I double click it, it comes on line immediately, and after that point Sonarr sees the mapped drive.
I’m guessing it has something to do with Sonarr’s permitions, but have no clue.
