Many D/L fail to import as "sample" all of the sudden

Not exactly sure when this started. I’m currently on 3.0.8.1517

Lately I get a lot of completed downloads that are “stuck” in my Activity section and I have to manually import them. For some reason they are flagged as “sample”, but they aren’t samples. Any idea why that suddenly started and how I might fix it?

Logs. Per the template. Logs will contain the reason for the rejection, which will answer why, and probably also point to how to fix.
