Manual Search - why all files marked rejected after a failed download?

Hi - new user here, just completed transition from Sickbeard.

I am using Sonarr/SABnzbd with two Usenet providers and four index services. On some missing episodes, I have used Automatic Search and the download fails in SABnbzd (not unusual). So, I then look at the Manual Search and all the files are marked rejected, with the message “Quality for release in queue already meets cutoff: Bluray 720p v1”. I don’t understand what this means. Incidentally, I have the quality setting to All.

(1) Why can’t I manually download a different file and (2) how does the Failed Downloads Redownloading feature work? This is the primary reason I moved from SB was the constant inability to deal with failed downloads.

I am probably missing something basic, thanks for any assistance!

Also - the program is terrific!

You can, just click the download link

When Sonarr detects a failed download it will delete it from the download client then look for another release, if a suitable release is found it will send it to your download client.

Thanks - I think I may have been trying to manually download too soon? The files are available now.
