I’m not sure if there is a way to do this. I’d love to have sonarr prefer certain downloads based on the text in titles. So that, all else being equal, it may choose a 5.1 version, or DTS. Does this exist? If not, can it?

Not yet, but its something that will be added in a future release.
I appreciate that this is in the works and I’d like to piggy back on this idea with what brought me here…
I would love some way to essentially set it up to prefer 720p with 5.1 over 1080p with 2.0 but to, of course, upgrade if it finds a 1080p 5.1 release.
I’ve only been using this setup for about a month but it always disappoints me when I go to check on an upgrade and, sure, it looks a little better but I suddenly lose 3.1 one of speakers.
Barring a “preference” system it would be nice to maybe have to manually approve before the previous file is removed so that we could decide if we want the downgrade instead of the upgrade.
All that being said, I am astounded at how amazing and easy to use this program is and look forward to any improvements.
