Keeps downloading same episode over and over again

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4427
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)

Description of issue:

-Notes: If I uncheck “Monitor this episode” it will continue to download.
The only way to stop this from happening is to remove the series from my list. This has happened with “2” series thus far.

Changes I have tried:

Set my download profile as such: (1080pWebDL is my cutoff)
English
SDTVWEBDL-720pBluray-720pHDTV-720pHDTV-1080pWEBDL-1080pBluray-1080p

My download clioent is set to NZB get – Completed download handling is enabled with the remove attribute.
The failed download handling is also enabled with the remove attribute.

In my show list it indicates that the show is downloaded with a WebDL-1080p episode.

Thanks guys let me know if I can grab more settings, it seems odd that its queuing multiples at the same time if it was a quality issue as it added about 5000 episodes over night had to manually clean this all up this morning.

What release in the logs is the issue?

If you search for a single episode the monitored status is ignored because it is assumed you meant to perform the search, in the logs I see a search taking place, but not sure if it is relevant. Season/Series searches enforce the monitored status though.

A screenshot of the Episode History (in the episode details modal) would be helpful as well.
