Italian episode renaming

Sonarr version (exact version): Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.4613
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): Windows
OS: Windows 8.1
((Debug logs)): Not needed
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:

I seem to cannot find any options to enable the italian version of the renaming, is it possible?
Is there any workaround, if it’s not currently coded? Like editing the tvdb id in the database?
