Can anyone help my sonarr is reporting this error is this something everyone is getting if not how do I fix it.Thanks

Your Sonarr is out of date and thus using the old XEM link.

Just downloaded the latest version and just installed over the top of what was installed 2. Something and it now seems to be fine I just hope it works as before as it was a I place upgrade. The version I had said I had the latest that’s why I never looked for a update.
