Issue with NZB360 integration

Win10

While I have successfully tested external operation via a browser from an external network, Sonarr always fails to authenticate via the NZB360 app; I get an “error: unauthorized”.

The reason I’ve posted this here is, I’ve never actually used a username/pw before with Sonarr, I always had it set to “None” because it was internal, only going through 1 PC. Since Sonarr can now be remotely operated, I’ve set a PW and restarted the client but, it has never asked for a PW. Even when accessed remotely. The UI indicates it’s set and the config says Forms

I’ve also checked the API key at least 3x. Copy & pasted it in and manually typed as well.

So, I think these two issues may be related…? Anyway, I’m clearly trying to do things I’ve never attempted before, so I’ve probably screwed up somewhere. Help?

Hating my life right now. I don’t know what fixed it. All I did was reboot it again and everything seems to be fine. I don’t trust it yet though…we’ll see.
