Issue with Ghost Adventures Aftershocks being reported wrong...maybe?

Ghost Adventures: Aftershocks returned after a long hiatus last night. Apparently, the world thinks it is still in season 1 and thetvdb.com thinks it is the beginning of season 2. The issues comes partially with an episode that never aired: Bonnie Springs/Vulture Mine.

The show showed up in my activity page saying it downloaded but didn’t have a show match (I’m guessing it thought it was Ghost Adventures when it snagged it) to export too. I didn’t have this show in Sonarr yet.

I added the show last night after the activity page showed the issue and I had some older episodes already from prior, manual downloading. Last night’s episode to the world of uploaders is 1x08 (this episode in airing doesn’t exist, but probably should)…thetvdb.com says this episode is 2x01 by name. When the episode moved after adding the show, Sonarr put it in as 1x08 (since the name says that is what it is), but that show is listed as a completely different episode caused by thetvdb.com reporting something different than what everyone else thinks. Most databases out there show the Bonnie Springs episode out there as an episode that aired.

I probably made that explanation a lot more complicated than it needed to be. Basically, this show causes a quandary. I can renumber my shows and let Sonarr rename them, but auto downloading of the show turns into an obvious issue.

Any suggestions past just manually downloading and renumbering the snow to match thetvdb in the meantime?

This is what http://thexem.de is for.

It allows episodes to be mapped from what they are released as (scene) to what TheTVDB has listed. The best source for support for thexem.de would be on IRC (freenode) in the #xem channel ([Webchat] (http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#xem)).
