when i delete files inside folder, “update series info and scan disk” correctly refresh Status info
but when i delete whole folder with files still inside, sonarr keep showing those files as existing in Status
i have also selected “ignore deleted episodes” in File Management and there is same issue with monitored flag, if folder was deleted
running on Win10 as service, was same on 8.1
Are you deleting the season folder or the entire series folder completely?
Sonarr doesn’t rescan a series folder if its missing, it treats it as missing from the system. You can delete the series from Sonarr or you can delete just the files inside to allow it to rescan.

I deleting entire series folder if i watched last episode so i have faster view what left to watch just by looking at my general download folder
I need just delete files from sonarr directly and then delete empty folder
