Description of issue: When adding a series*, unmonitoring seasons/individual episodes, and then clicking the “Update series info and scan disk” button, unmonitored episodes become monitored.

*This has happened at other times, as well, and not just when first adding a series. I’ve only been able to replicate it for this error report with a just-added series. I first noticed it last night in a different context (an already-existing series). Keep up the great work!
