When I add a new series everything is fine, but somewhere along the line while the series is still listed as monitored all individual episodes are set to unmonitored.
One show in particular downloaded 2 episodes and then changed the status of the first season before the 3rd episode had aired, viewing the show under series shows it as 2/2.
As you can see the show is monitored, but it has unchecked the season.
I realize I can manually change the status back (as I have) but I monitor atm 177 active shows and going through the calendar everyday to check if the status is correct I might as well manually download them.

It downloaded shows and then stopped downloading shows and changed status on one show I know of, I just found another one that doesn’t air for 3 weeks all set to unmonitored, it was monitored when I added it.
I have it set to all, and never change it.
And I just found this one
As you can see it’s still monitored, it’s just changed the status on all the shows after the 7th episode for no reason.
You can use Season Pass to update the monitored status of multiple shows more easily.
Impossible to say why the seasons and episodes are currently unmonitored, but by default Sonarr will monitor the latest season even if no episodes in that season are monitored (in case there are more released). Did you use something other than Sonarr to add series (OMBI or an Android/iOS app)?
All shows were added locally using Sonarr’s web interface.
I didn’t realise season pass had little monitored icons on each season, that makes life a whole lot easier, I didn’t even realise what that icon was until yesterday and would change monitored status through the edit series.
I have set my logs to debug last night and will keep an eye on monitored series through season pass for now and might get a reason for this next time it happens. Thanks.
