Invalid NZB:unexpected root element. Expected 'nzb' found error

Hi, i’m new to this so bear with me if I don’t understand you first time round. I am running Sonarr 2.0.0.5252 on windows 10 64bit and I am unable to auto download even manually download does not work, this is the error message i get when I try to manually download

“Invalid NZB:unexpected root element. Expected ‘nzb’ found error”

Please could someone help me fix this problem. Thanks!

My guess, you reached your grab limit on that indexer for the day.

Hey thanks for the speedy reply. yes you are right i was using a indexer trial version and it ran out of grabs so i upgraded to the paid one, all is working fine now. Thanks!
