I recently downloaded and setup sonarr while at my mothers house (on her internet, with ports forwarded), but when I took my computer to my friends house (no port forwarding) I got the error pictured below. I deleted the config file, which let me load up sonarr and set everything up again. Now I’m back at my own house on mobile internet and I’m getting the error again.
I’d rather not have to redo everything every time I move my computer (I do it almost daily) and I’m not quite sure what’s causing this. I checked the config file and it just comes up empty now.
I am using Waterfox browser.

Thanks in advance and if you need any more information just ask.
Which version of Windows and Sonarr?
Are you shutting down your system when you move it or putting it to sleep/hibernating? Knowing exactly what you’re doing should help us track down the underlying issue.
Windows 8.1, I’m not to sure what version of sonarr I am using sorry as I can’t get it to start up.
You can right-click NzbDrone.exe and get it from details tab.
How about my other questions?

Shutting down the computer.
I just ran into this same issue. However I am not moving my machine, just had to reboot after updating Windows (v8.1).
It appears for some reason my config.xml is empty. I’m assuming that it got corrupt somehow. Any suggestiosn on rebuilding?
Just delete the file and it will be created.
