Installing on Win 8.1 with NZBGet

Last night I installed NZBDrone and NZBGet on a win 8.1 PC and added a couple TV series. This morning I added a couple more and restarted the PC. I now get the following error under the “System” button: Multiple root folders are missing: Z:\Video_Media\TV_Shows | Z:\Video_Media\TV_Shows. The link to the wiki doesn’t address this error.

Is Z:\ a network drive or USB drive? I may not have been mounted when drone started, restarting drone (not the computer) should resolve it.

Z:\ is a network drive. Restarting drone didn’t resolve it but I think using “\\server\share” may have.

Yes, network drives + services don’t work well (its an issue with how Windows loads them up), using the UNC path is preferred (as explained in our FAQ).

yeah i can confirm what @markus101 when i first started using NzbDrone back in the V1 days i remember i could not get it to work over network drives the best method if possible is to have NzbDrone installed on the system the files will be stored or loaded from so it is just a local path also install your nzbdownloader which in this case is clearly NZBGet i personally use Sabnzbd but same principles works better when all on same local machine and then you can just browse to the WebGUI from your networked machines if needed.
