Installation on ReadyNAS Pro

Hi there,

I’m trying to install sonarr on ReadyNAS https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Installation#linux
I’m getting following error:

99% [1 Packages gzip 0]
gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error
Err http://apt.sonarr.tv master/main Packages
Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)
Hit http://www.readynas.com 4.2.25/ Packages

W: Failed to fetch http://apt.sonarr.tv/dists/master/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz Sub-process gzip returned an error code (1)

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Anyone could point me please what’s wrong? Thank you in advance.

Is it Debian based?

You can install it manually as well: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Installation#other

Hi Markus,

Thanks for reponse. Yes it is Debian based. I know I could install manually but then I need to compile mono and maybe few more things. The version I’m trying to install already has mono compiled if I understand it correctly.

Best regards
Bartek

We’re re-hosting mono 3.10 directly from the official repo (to make it a bit easier for people to get started), you can grab their repo and use that directly.

I’m not sure what to make of this error, not a lot of information on it via google unfortunately.
