Install update twice

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4613
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.3
OS: Linux Mint 18.1
((Debug logs)): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3ORuQsJQ7iYeXN5a3IxdENkcDA/view?usp=sharing

Description of issue:
Hate to admit the bonehead move but I accidentally clicked the install update button twice for 2.0.0.4645 which messed up the update process and left me with a partially populated /opt/NzbDrone folder. I was able to restore from a backup so no harm no foul. Not sure if anything can be done but perhaps a check to see if the update process is already started for ID10T people? I attached the update log but I don’t know if it was able to properly catch everything going on since I believe 2 update processes were running simultaneously.
