Indexers are nor being connected

Two of my Indexers are nor being connected, I have checked both sights but the API’s are correct, contact with them says that the error is on my end ? My QNAP NAS and apps are fully updated.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

The CA bundle will need to be updated, this is outside of Sonarr’s control (it just makes use of it through cURL), you’ll likely have more success in asking how to do so on a QNAP specific forum.

I did the following despite having done it before.
Enabling SSL in Sonarr
Go to Settings -> General
Show advanced options
Enable SSL, set the SSL port
Save
Verify

One of the failed indexers reconnected but not the other one, weird !
