Sonar is disabling my indexers again and it never re-enables them. I can leave it for days and nothing will ever get checked and re-enabled.
Every single time I find this problem, when I test the indexers they work immediately perfectly fine.
I thought you guys were going to do something to improve this problem? But instead the problem has gotten worse.
They automatically lock when there is no recent activity, it saves a lot of vague/unproductive posts and notifications when someone comments on a dead thread.
We’re going to need all the requested information when you opened this thread, especially the debug logs.
I seem to have jumped the gun, I did an OS update and it’s working again. After restart Sonarr sees the indexers again. Sorry about that.
There used to be a time when a forum would trust that it’s users where capable of only replying to relevant threads. I would guess the majority of your user base is trustworthy. So for the sake of the few who do not follow etiquette this valuable resource and history of the issue gets buried. Seems to be the trend lately, but it is a regression for sure. Also those people who would receive notification are the ones that know something about the issue, so sending them a notification shouldn’t be the end of the world. I mean have replies moderated or only the thread author can reply, but just seems so over the top to lock them. But whatever, I get it…
