Indexer doesn't work with RSS Sync disabled

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5085
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.4.0.201
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
Debug logs: N/A
Description of issue: Sonarr reports that no indexer is available when you disable RSS Sync while having Search enabled. Enabling RSS Sync enables the indexer again. Is there any reason we can’t have Search without RSS Sync?

You can have search without RSS being enabled.

When no indexers are available with RSS Sync enabled you’ll see the health error of No indexers available with RSS sync enabled, Sonarr will not grab new releases automatically and No indexers available with Search enabled, Sonarr will not provide any search results if none are enabled with search, neither message prevents Sonarr from using the other method.
