Incorrect Path Being Made / path inaccessible error

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5228
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): N/A
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HmZzeQXol8TMqxuyzF61f-vfx57Dr2wf/view?usp=sharing
Description of issue:

When adding a show the incorrect path is being made. Everything is set to go Y:\Complete… its making Y:\Complete\Complete…

I rebooted everything; Computer & NAS. Ive deleted the show and re-added it several times, each time taking the path down one more folder. Example; Y:\Complete then Y:\ and it just makes Y:\Complete\Complete… every time.

The error logs say; 18-7-24 06:10:40.5|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: Y:\Complete\Complete\Finished Shows*redacted show name*

This error repeats.

The interesting thing to me is its not saying that the correct path of Y:\Complete\Finished Shows is not accessible. Its saying the path its creating in lieu of the settings is not.

The only two things that have changes is the DSM on my Synology updated and Sonarr updated. Other than that, everything was working fine a few days ago when i added a different show and had no issues.

Additionally; two shows that already existed downloaded yesterday and were put in the right path.

Delete the root folder and add the correct one, Add Series: Import Existing Series.

I’m not clear on what you mean.

But, what i have done is remove the Y:\Complete\Finished Shows and re-add it with in Sonarr. I’ve also deleted that incorrect Y:\Complete\Complete… every time its made.

Results are still the same. No matter what i set the folder to in Sonarr it creates Y:\Complete\Complete. I haven’t tried using another drive location.

When adding the first series you select the root folder and Sonarr will create a folder within it for the series, if the wrong folder was selected you will need to remove the old one, add the correct one and update the existing series.

It looks like that’s not the issue and imports are using the wrong path, but that path comes from the download client directly, unless it’s remapped using a Remote Path Mapping (RPM), which means the RPM was setup wrong.

It’s not 100% clear to me whether the issue is the path for series, the path to downloads or both.

I just switched over to Sonarr. I was able to import my old tv shows successfully for the most part. The problem I am having is that some shows are importing fine while others are failing with a path does not exist or cant access error. I can’t find a difference in the successful vs failures. I am running Sonarr on a Mac that is separate from the Mac that has the SAN I am using to store TV/Movies on. SABnzbd is downloading to my completed folder just fine. I am just trying to find a way to effectively troubleshoot the problem. Ideas ? Thanks in advance.
