Incorrect Episode list for Scorpion Season 2

Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.3953 running in container on Ubuntu.

Scorpion Season 2 has incorrect list of episodes:

13 Dam Breakthrough
12 The Old College Try
11 Arrivals and Departures
9 US vs. UN vs. UK
8 Area 51
7 Crazy Train
6 Tech, Drugs, and Rock 'n Roll
5 Super Fun Guys
4 Robots
3 Fish Filet
2 Cuba Libre
1 Satellite of Love

No episode 10 listed.
You can see episode 11 should be 10, 12 should be 11 and so on.
Trakt, The TVDB, IMDB, TV Rage, and TV Maze all have correct episode list.

I have refreshed the series twice with restart between.
I have deleted the series twice with restart between.

Does anyone have a suggestion that I have not tried?

I verified that its correct on our TVDB cache and its show up properly in my library, check the logs to make sure its not failing to refresh.

Thank you for looking at this. I don’t know why but the Scorpion refreshed to the correct episode list when I updated just now, I turned on debug but I think it might have been a cache expiration issue. I am not sure how long it was wrong but is working now.
