Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4389 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.6.2 OS: macOS 10.12 ((Debug logs)): http://hastebin.com/borepatimu.md (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue:
Hi, i’m trying to following use :
Sonarr : Macbook Pro
Transmission : Mac Mini
Files : NAS
One point i can’t do right know is the transfer from the Mac Mini to the NAS, the message is the following :“No files found are eligible for import in /Users/me/Downloads/Torrents/Planet.Earth.II.S01E02.720p.HDTV.x264-BEGUN[rarbg]”
The local path is the location where the remote files are mounted, not where you want them sorted to (each series already has the path set for where files will be sorted).
You’ll need to mount the remote path /Users/antoinebachelay/Downloads/Torrents/ and set the local path to where it is mounted. Alternatively you could run Sonarr and Transmission on the same system and not have to worry about a remote path mapping.
Yes, all the drives are mounted, i put the following :
1.Remote path : /Users/antoinebachelay/Downloads/Torrents/
2. Local path : /Volumes/Mac Mini HD/Users/antoinebachelay/Downloads/
Situation : I’m using Sonarr & Transmission to get TV shows localized on my NAS.
Problem : I can’t setup Sonarr to move downloaded TV shows from Transmission directory to my NAS
Solution : Using port forwarding
This week-end i had to format & install OS X 10.10 on my Mac. Since then, downloaded files are transferred to my NAS.
To point i still don’t understand
Downloaded files are not deleted from download directory, Sonarr display the following message “Download wasn’t grabbed by Sonarr and not in a category, Skipping.”
Sonarr won’t delete them if they are seeding. Transmission doesn’t have categories so Sonarr relies on the path, with needs to have a folder that matches the category set in the Transmission settings in Sonarr.
I’m not sure I follow what you mean here? SOnarr will periodically update the library (get changes from TheTVDB) and rescan the series folder for changes (files added/deleted).
Because they are being returned by Transmission and Sonarr sees them, it just isn’t processing them (transmission is a bit unique due to the folder as the category bit).
Your shows aren’t refreshing continuously, the log covers more than 12 hours so it’s there twice. ((Debug logs)) that provide more details wouldn’t span as far but would give you more information for troubleshooting, though there doesn’t appear to be an issue here beyond the category folder not being found in the download path.
