Hi,
for me it would be a nice feature to import files only if their size is not changing for a second. That would avoid incomplete downloads and files that are currently extracted.
For downloads this probably is not an issue, since most download clients can rename files. All unrar programs I checked lack this feature. I download everything, check if it is rar’d, unpack to a temp dir and then move it. A small check would reduce complexity for me.
