'Import Existing Series On Disk' Showing Items That Are Already Added

Description of issue:
Sonarr is displaying episodes that are already added as options when using ‘Import Existing Series On Disk’

There are 17 series showing up as existing on disk, all are already added to Sonarr.

I have attempted to remove one of the series from Sonarr and add it back but the issue returned. I recently renamed all my media but I am unsure this is related. Sonarr says there are no changes to be made when organizing a series.

My debug logs were enabled and then I ran the import feature and that was it.

Why is Sonarr showing shows that are already added?

Figured out my problem and resolved it, some file structure issues were the cause.
