Ignore .AppleDouble directories

It would be very helpful to ignore the contents of .AppleDouble/ directories in disk scans.

The problem:
Mac OS clients tend to create these directories on network drives to store metadata about files there. The metadata is stored in files named exactly like the original files. E.g. if there is a file Season01/Episode.mkv another file named Season01/.AppleDouble/Episode.mkv will be created. When scanning the disk for episodes nzbdrone (sonarr ) will most likely prefer the .AppleDouble/… versions for some reason so the library gets messed up.

It’s hardly possible to disable the creation of these directories when using e.g. netatalk.

I was under the impression that these folders existed at the root of the share, but they exist in sub folders as well? We’ll have to look into this.

Added to Trello: https://trello.com/c/J7Doikpf/852-ignore-episode-files-in-appledouble-folders we’ll update that card when its being worked on.
