If you're using Torrent Blackhole, do you also need to enable Drone Factory?

Completed Download Handling is obviously not meant to be used with Torrent Blackhole (right?), and you don’t need to set Drone Factory if you’re using a Torrent Blackhole since it has its own “Watch folder” settings (right?)…

but if you set this up, Sonarr sends a warning to “Enable Completed Download Handling or configure Drone factory”. Are one of these actually required for Torrent Blackhole to work? If not, why is this warning being sent?

Completed Download Handling needs to be enabled, don’t use Drone Factory.
