How to specify destination folder

Had to re-install Win10 and am now trying to get Sonarr and SabNzbd to the way they were. : (
Seem to have got most things right - although remembering which programs I was watching is proving challenging - but the one thing I haven’t yet got right is getting the Path correct.
I remember when I first started using Sonarr I was losing episodes and eventually discovered that when adding a series the Path was defaulting to the last path I had entered there and so Saul might end up in the Seinfeld folder. However something I subsequently did meant that when adding a series I didn’t have to specify a path…or is my memory deceiving me?
That reads a bit weird but hopefully someone will be able to understand.
Cheers,
Simon

You specify a path, but the path to the folder that contains your series folders, not the series folder itself.

Thankyou…B obvious.
One more query, when rescanning the disk it’s not picking up episodes that are present.
For example the log says that the series root folder D:\TV Shows\The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel is empty but it’s not.
There are a number of episodes in there and the format is: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel s01e02 and the example from the standard episode format is: The Series Title (2010) s01e01 Episode Title (1).
I feel that it’s something to do with this setting but can’t work it out.

The root folder should be D:\TV Shows\, D:\TV Shows\The Marvellous Mrs. Maisel is the series folder it looks like the same issue you mentioned having previously when the wrong folder was selected when adding a series.

Thanks Markus that’s fixed it.

Merry Christmas!!
