How to get sonarr to stop counting deleted files?

I’m switching from SickBeard, and whilst I love sonarr so far, I’ve found one problem - it keeps reporting deleted files as missing.

For example I added Only Fools and Horses, season 1, last night. It downloaded fine, but I then have iFlicks monitoring my download folder and importing the files sonarr/Transmission download, convert them for iTunes, add them to iTunes then delete the original file.

Problem sonarr now says that season 1of Only Fools and Horses had 0/6 downloaded, because (presumably) it can’t find the avi files it downloaded (which have obviously been converted, moved then deleted by iFlicks).

In SickBeard it didn’t report these as missing, but sonarr seems to. I have no desire to keep all the dowloaded mkv and avi files, so I don’t want sonarr keeping reporting all my episodes as missing.

I HAVE enabled the “Ignore missing files” option but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Many thanks

Ignore missing files will only work on new deletions, not old ones.
What it effectively does is unmonitor an episode if the file disappeared.

You can manually unmonitor an episode by toggling the bookmark icon in front of it. (Or at season level).
