hey, just wondering if it is possible to define ‘recent’.
so because I’m using comcast, so you should probably know how slow it is during night rush hours. so i set my downloader, nzbget, to automatically pause download during night hours. but i have sonarr set up that ‘recent’ episodes get a ‘force’ priority so that it will still be downloaded regardless paused status of nzbget.
the result is, for ‘recent’ episodes, nzbget will force downloaded so i have access to the latest episodes, but for everything else, it will not be downloaded during rush hours to save bandwidth for other usages.
but my question is, can i define how sonarr define ‘recent’. the current situation is, the shows downloaded at first will usually be 720p, and on the second night, there usually are 1080p (lets call it upgrade) available. but because it’s just 1-day old, less than 4-day by which sonarr defines ‘recent’, it will still get a force priority. and 1080p ‘upgrades’ are usually a lot larger and takes really a lot of bandwidth/time to download.
so, my goal, or expectation is, to have sonarr define ‘recent’ as those less than, say, 12 hours. so it will make 1080p ‘upgrades’ a lower priority and only the episodes released within 12 hours gets a forced priority to save bandwidth.
i don’t find any setting for that, so is it just ‘impossible’ or am i missing something?
thanks
