I just started using Sonarr today and i love it.
There’s only one thing i can’t figure out: when i copy new episodes manually into a directory, there’s no way i can make Sonarr understand it’s there!
When i click ‘update series info and scan disk’ i expect Sonarr imports the new episodes, but Sonarr bluntly ignores them.
What am i doing wrong?
I found out myself:
DiskScanService Series’ root folder (\NAS\TV-series3) doesn’t exist. 19:41
DiskScanService Series’ root folder (\NAS\TV-series2) doesn’t exist. 19:41
DiskScanService Series’ root folder (\NAS\Media\TV-series) doesn’t exist. 19:41
It’s wrong though, the shares exist. i imported the shows from them…
Seems Sonarr has troubles with handling of SMB/cifs. Known problem?

are u sure your UNC path is correct? using windows? try \NAS not \NAS ?

I changed the account the service runs on from System User to a Windows User. Problem solved!
