How does Sonarr update TV shows?

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.731
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.18.0.240
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4
Debug logs: N/A
Description of issue: This is more of a question that an issue, but a show I’m currently tracking (The Boss Baby Back in Business) shows Season 3 Episode 1, with a title of TBA but if I go to either TVMaze or TheTVDb, both show a full slate of episodes with the proper information. If I try to refresh the series, it says everything is fine.

Where does Sonarr pull the info from, and how can I kick it to properly update?

Everything comes from TheTVDB, but TVDB’s API caches things for 24 hours, so changes take a while to reach Sonarr.
