How do I copy my sonarr settings to a new computer?

Sonar Version 2.0.0.5322
Windows 10

I have two identical computers. I want the sonar settings from the main computer to be the same as the replica. I went to the page - https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/Backup-and-Restore

It says stop sonarr - not sure how to stop it
Update - Figured that out - stop nzbdrone service
It says to delete the contents of the appdata directory. I went to user\myname\appdata - I looked in local and in roaming - couldn’t find a sonarr directory or nzbdrone directory.
Update -Found it C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone
