How can i duplicate absolute episode numbers properly for double/triple episode files?

Not sure if this is a bug or just not implemented in sonarr but how can i use the duplicate function for multi-episode files when using an absolute number?

For my Anime series, i want my files to be named like so:

{Series Title} - {season}x{episode:00} - [{absolute:000}] - {Episode Title} - {Quality Title}

This works fine for single episodes like:

Naruto Shippuden - 10x03 - [199] - Enter the Five Kage - 720p HDTV.mp4

But for double episodes, i get:

Naruto Shippuden - 10x01 - 10x02 - [197198] - The Sixth Hokage Danzo + Five Kage Summit''s Eve - 720p HDTV.mp4

How can i get this instead?:

Naruto Shippuden - 10x01 - 10x02 - [197-198] - The Sixth Hokage Danzo + Five Kage Summit''s Eve - 720p HDTV.mp4

Its looking for spaces, dashes, periods or underscores, but didn’t find one so it was defaulting to nothing, I have pushed a fix to develop that will default it to a dash if its not able to figure out which one to use.
